Et menneske trenger ikke mye for å bli lykkelig: Fersk parmesan, god olivenolje, nybakt brød, en moden tomat, litt havsalt Parmesanen stykkes opp, legges på en tallerken. Oljen drysses over. Nybakt brød skjæres i grove skiver eller brytes i gode håndfuller. En moden tomat deles og overdrysses med en klype havsalt. Vin? Et glass, eller flere. Det er alt. Absolutt alt.
